ISO Flavored syrup for waffles/pancakes in Toronto

Hello, I am looking for a store that sells flavored syrups (raspberry, strawberry, blueberry etc.). Does anyone know of a store in Toronto that carries these kinds of syrups? I can find all kinds of flavored syrups for drinks, but I am looking for ones for waffles/pancakes.

I was just in Winner's yesterday and in fact, picked up a bottle of roasted pecan syrup. There were others: blueberry raspberry and something else - can't remember. It was $7.99.

This was at the Yonge and College location but I think I've seen them at almost every other Winner's I've gone into.

Some Loblaws carry a brand that is called "Black Bear Fruit Company". I know the Forest Hill Loblaws at Bathurst and St. Clair has raspberry and blueberry, but you have to look in the jam section, top shelf I believe.

I'm sure one of the vendors in the basement of St. Lawrence Market can help you. I've also seen some, funny enough, in the food section at Winners.
