as i walk around the music center area,is there someplace decent besides a goat taco at grand central market

Years back, there was a tortilla maker and taco stand. They sold birria tacos as well as beef and really tasty chicken ones. I used to by a large stack of corn tortillas for 75c and a couple of grilled chicken tacos. I believe there are also other tasty stops in the GCM.
