Aqueduct Racetrack flea market and Chinese fish and chips

I read something about a Chinese fish and chips cart at the Aqueduct Racetrack flea market. It was mentioned briefly in a laundry list of street food available at the flea market. I'd be very grateful for some more information about this particular cart.

Short of that, I'd also be grateful if anyone could enlighten me as to exactly what Chinese fish and chips actually are. Googling turns up nothing. I'm beginning to worry that Grub Street just threw that in to see if anyone is reading.

Thank you.

While researching an article on street-food vendors who have followers, but not on Twitter, I checked in at the Aqueduct Flea last September. I spotted a Filipino truck, a Halal meat cart, a roast-corn stand, a Guyanan shave-ice cart, and a passel of Latin American vendors but no such Chinese cart. As you might expect, the Filipino truck offered egg rolls, lo mein, fried rice, and the like, but I don't recall seeing fish there, or elsewhere at the flea.

Ditto. There was, however, a rice pudding guy.
