NOt much to a classic mojito -1 teaspoon powdered sugar Juice from 1 lime (2 ounces), 4 mint leaves,Rum (2 ounces) and club soda - - so I would think any kosher restaurant with a full bar should be able to make you a mojito -
Very easy to do. We've made them by the pitcherful for Cuban themed kiddushes. For some reason, they went over very well. The Cuban-ish cholent, not so well. Oh well, drink enough mojitos and you won't care what the cholent tastes like.
If you want to make a second attempt, we've done Cuban-ish cholent-ish (really a black bean soup with smoked short ribs but cooked down to a stew consistency). You could try serving it over polenta squares to substitute for kishke/potatoes.
