Does anyone know of a kosher restaurant with a liquor license that sells mojitos?
Or is there a kosher mojito mix?

NOt much to a classic mojito -1 teaspoon powdered sugar
Juice from 1 lime (2 ounces), 4 mint leaves,Rum (2 ounces) and club soda - - so I would think any kosher restaurant with a full bar should be able to make you a mojito -

Very easy to do. We've made them by the pitcherful for Cuban themed kiddushes. For some reason, they went over very well. The Cuban-ish cholent, not so well. Oh well, drink enough mojitos and you won't care what the cholent tastes like.

If you want to make a second attempt, we've done Cuban-ish cholent-ish (really a black bean soup with smoked short ribs but cooked down to a stew consistency). You could try serving it over polenta squares to substitute for kishke/potatoes.

Corn in polenta form is pretty much nonexistent in cuban cooking. Yuca or malanga would be the appropriate starch. Plantains could work too.

We put both plantains (green) and yuca in the cholent. The plantains definitely did not work well in the slow cooker, at least not how we did it.

No, I can't imagine they would have! Next time you can make them in advance. Take the yellow ones smash and fry them and then re-heat them however you usually reheat things.

If you're in one of those areas where mint and limes are hard to come by then Rose's (the ones with the sweetened lime juice in a bottle) has Mojito mix in a bottle.

Prime Grill, Prime KO, and Solo all serve mojitos that are very enjoyable (and I speak from personal experience)

I made an EXCELLENT frozen Mojito.

Google "blended golden mojito". It should come right up.

Clubhouse Cafe probably makes them too. The mojito mixes I've seen have all had major hecschers though some are milchig.

Clubhouse does make mojitos. Better are their Caipirinhas, now that that they carry cacha├ža.
