Updates on the old Saigon Harbor Seafood Restaurant near 99 Ranch in Richmond?

Noticed some more activity outside the new restaurant ........ any scoop on what's to come?

    If I read it correctly in the dim light - East Bay Saigon Harbor Seafood Restaurant - looks like they're getting pretty close to opening!

        The new sign is up on the large display board off to the right of the parking area ...... landscaping is coming together and looks like they're doing finish work inside.
