An abundance of radishes . . . what to do?

I've got a whole bunch of red-bulb radishes? Any suggestions on what in the world to do with them - (other than slice on a salad)??

    Pickle them either whole or quarter and add some sliced onion with the pickling solution.

      When I was a kid my favorite sandwich was cream cheese and radish. I still love it although I've graduated from white sandwich bread to put it on....

          Roast them whole (or sauté them quartered) with butter and plenty of salt and pepper and serve them as a vegetable. Or braise them with cream. Or throw them into a vichysoisse to zip it up --

            Also, I've played around a couple of times now with radish pizza. Most recently, I really liked the pizza with some mascarpone and smoked mozz topped with sauteed radish greens and carmelized radishes. Really very good.

              I got radishes from my CSA this week. Our farmer suggested smashed radishes. You can either put them in a zip loc and smash them (like a head of garlic) or cut them in thick slices and then marinate for about 10 minutes in alittle rice wine vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil. DOn't have exact amount, just play with it. It was delicious!
