Anyone know of a sushi restaurant near Montclair that will prepare tuna sushi from fishing trip?

A friend went fishing off the NJ coast yesterday and came back with lots of freshly caught tuna. He has generously volunteered to share the catch. He suggested taking the gifted side of tuna to any decent sushi restaurant to be prepared. MY question(s) for any fisherman/sushi lover out there is:

Has anyone ever had tuna they caught prepared by any of the sushi restaurants near Montclair and can you recommend the best place to have this done? How much does something like this cost for say 2lbs of prime yellow fin, assuming we want to eat it in the restaurant?

Any insights would be much appreciated.

I was going to suggest Dai Kichi...

I haven't done it personally, but probably best to just call around...and plan to maybe go at an off hour.

Try Aozora - he does great things with tuna (esp his tartar).
