HELP with nyc restaurant week summer 2010
My best friend and I are having a get together with our mothers somewhere in Manhattan for dinner. It's during restaurant week and while I love to look through all of the restaurants and menus, I haven't any time to do that this year. I need serious help figuring out a place to go. We are both hip twentysomethings but it can't be anywhere TOO trendy because we will be with our mothers....somewhere cool but sophisticated/elegant with good food. Open to suggestions in all areas of the city and all cuisines. Your help is greatly appreciated!
