Across from Buca on King?

Can someone tell me what is directly across the street from Buca on King?
Drove by the other day and could not make it out. Would love to know what place this is. Many thanks.

      Duh, yes thanks p.princess, that's it! For some reason I was thinking Lee was further up the road. Has anyone been lately?

        I don't think the new Susur is open yet. Lee is about six doors west.

          It's going to be called Lee's Lounge and is going to be connected to Lee through an inner hallway. It's scheduled to open next month.
