If I was watching the game in Manhattan, I would head straight for La Nacional on 14th street. It's my fave Spanish restaurant in NYC--not b/c the food is so great but b/c, for me, the total package (food, ambiance, vibe, waitstaff, etc) comes the closest to being in Spain.

La Nacional seems to be the natural choice if you're a Spain supporter.

            Love Txikito.

Also Boqueria in Soho, which televises and offers a special menu for the World Cup (not sure whether the Flatiron location does the same).

I second Brass Monkey. They have a great rooftop bar with nice view.

Brother Jimmy's has several locations in UES, Midtown, Union Square and Murry Hill with big screen TV's in the bar. They serve BBQ and also burgers, catfish and other plates but it's pretty good.

            Brother Jimmy's BBQ @ 116 East 16th St., New York, NY 212 - 673 - 6465.

Brass Monkey in the meatpacking district has a huge screen to watch the game. They also have an outdoor patio with a huge screen fo the games.

Sorry to break decorum and suggest someplace "outer borough" but Casa Galicia is Astoria is supposed to be good. Here's a weird write up from a soccer sight:
