We really enjoy Stars of Thai Cuisine on the north side of Hwy 7, just east of Woodbine. The spicy mango fish is a particular favourite and the shrimp pad thai is very good also.

went to stars of thai, although it was ok, i wasn't impressed with the food. had hot and sour soup, beef pad thai, fresh veg roll, fried chili chicken. the chicken was decent but not very spicy even though it was rated at 3 peppers. i doubt i'll return.

A Thai restaurant that used to be in the Weston Rd & Finch area moved up to Hwy. 7. They were great at the old location and still terrific in this new and larger location' It can be found south of Hwy 7 and east of the 400 Hwy. Our Thai Restaurant & Cafe is on 60 Interchange Way! In downtown Bolton south east in the Courtyards, there is a small, nice Thai restaurant right at the parking entrance.

We go to a restaurant called Thai Bamboo at the end of a strip plaza on the north side of Steeles just east of Keele. When we first started going there it was pretty empty. But, it seems that people have found out about it and business has really picked up. We find their food quite healthy, not oily and filled with all kinds of vegetables. Their cold salad rolls are delicious as is their peanut chicken and glass noodles. We don't especially like their pad thai or mango salad. We go to other Thai restaurants in the City for those things. Enjoy!

As it happens we went to Thai Bamboo today simply because we were in that area and looking for a quick Thai lunch. At 1:30 the place was full. The food was a pleasant surprise.....I would echo the comments above - not heavily sauced, crisp, fresh veggies and served steaming hot. The cold fresh spring rolls were excellent. We considered ourselves luck to stumble on the place!

There is a new Thai/Viet restaurant in Burlington I've tried a few times now and has been great each time.
It's called Pomelo on fairview st..
They have a great selection of rolls, hot and cold. A crab avocado one I liked. Curries and noodle dishes are great..a wonderful Pad Soo Ew (not sure of correct spelling!)
Last time I had a shrimp/scallop dish that was amazing..huge grilled shrimp and big plump scallops in a delicious sauce.
A good place to try if you're in the Burlington area.

Thank you for answering. By 905 I meant Thornhill, Richmondhill, Vaungh. Burlington is a bit too far away. Too bad.

Well, if you're in Thornhill, Thai Bistro at 5306 Yonge Street just south of Finch isn't a long drive. It's my go-to Thai place in the area. It's small, authentic, and the waiter is a cool dude.
