Never been, but I have a girlfriend who *swears* by their hamburgers! Somewhere I got the impression that they were a bar (is that right?) - she says that they can't be beat.

I have been once or twice, but was not even aware that they serve food. It is basically a beer joint. There was karaoke going on when I was there, if my beer-soaked memory serves me well.

That is hilarious. I can not picture my friend going into a bar for a hamburger. It must be *really* good.

Speaking of little Trussville joints, Joel's seems to be packed every time I go by! Doing good.

(...and I can't mention Trussville and not bring up Seafood and Chicken box, which has moved into a new shopping center but started out in a little down-and-out development. Love that salty chicken.)
