So the crabcakes were made with uncooked crabmeat?
If you're talking about blue crab, they are cooked before they are picked, so I would think your cakes would be made with cooked crabmeat even if the cakes themselves still need to be fried or baked, in which case, if they're well-refrigerated, they will probably be ok for 3-4 days. The woman I buy crabmeat from always tells me it keeps well in the fridge for at least 5 days; it has never lasted that long, but I'm sure she knows what she's talking about.›1 Reply-

Excellent point.....Something else to think about...Were they bought pre packaged? If so, are there any Use By/Sell By/Best if used by dates on the package...If they were bought out of a service meat/seafood case (unwrapped) Then the question is..How long had the retailer had them on display....................
