Breakfast between Seattle and Portland

A friend and I are planning a trip to Portland from Seattle. Looking for suggestions for a great breakfast stop that isn't too far off the freeway. Thanks.

    ok, so i love the portlant food scene. i drive to portland as much as i can, just to eat. breakfast in portland is the best. i have about 6 to die for places. i like Pine State Biscuits, i like Broders Cafe. i like Simpatica Dining Hall., Mother's is also good. the Dish and Daily Grind good. The Waffle Window. there's more but thats what i really like.
