Need a food trailer for a Saturday night party

anneinaustin Jul 6, 2010 05:22 PM

Does anyone know of a good food trailer that would be willing to serve about 50-75 guests at a party in a residential neighborhood? It's on a Saturday night in August, and they could be there from 7-8:30 or so and then leave. I'm looking for one that would serve one particular kind of food (with a few options), rather than offer a whole menu.

Many thanks!

Hat Creek Burgers caters, too. All of these are great suggestions. Mmmpanadas is awesome. And Sugarstar does sweets & savory offerings when they cater.

I know Chi'lantro caters, and their menu sticks to tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and burgers - all Korean-Mexican style of course. They're usually quite busy on Saturday nights though, so you might want to check with them now for their availability. Jae, the owner, is extremely nice though so he might be able to work something out for you! Never had a bad experience with Chi'lantro - their burritos are killer.
