Where to go for a teen girl's 17th birthday with 8 of her friends?

My daughter would like to celebrate her birthday at a restaurant with 8 of her friends. She enjoys all types of food. I am interested more in the ambiance. One of her friends celebrated at The Melting Pot and another at a Tea House. So we were looking for something a little different or unique. We live in Bergen County.

What about a Hibachi restaurant? We did that for my niece's birthday and all her friends loved it.
