Anyone seen any anywhere?

I've seen them from Lunni Farms at the Harvard University Farmer's Market (the one over by the science building on Tuesday afternoons).

Last year I did some stuffed with a bit of fried prosciutto, grated manchego cheese, then battered and fried... YUM.

Yeah, I was thinking something similar, StriperGuy, I have to teach a cooking lesson tomorrow.

They had them prepared for takeout at Venda Ravioli in Providence this weekend :)

Mmmmm. I would like to find some in RI to prepare my own, AND try the Venda version. Did you taste the ones at Venda, okra?

I did! Similar to Striper's preparation, prosciutto, cheese, battered and fried. Reheated gently in the toaster oven. I think I paid ~$10 for 4 of them. Lots of other goodies, manicotti, stuffed eggplant, on and on... :)

The Hmong folks at the Belmont farmer's market often have them. Many of the local farmer's markets have someone or other selling them:

Drumlin Farms had them this past Saturday at the Union Square Market in Somerville. If last year was any guide they carried them for a few weeks and the woman told me this was the second week they had them on sale this year.
