I know this show is a repeat but it's new to me. Is anyone else watching?

It's a BBC show on Food Network Canada recreating the food of historic periods.

Coren should stick to print. Seems no more than an ADD, schticked-up version of the many Brit period/role play series served with a large dollop of smart-assedness. Watched several episodes and tired quickly of the recurrent "look at the crap they ate back then" routines.

I like it better than that. The hosts are the least successful part of the show but I've found the information from the cooks interesting.

I've been watching, also in Canada. I like it a lot, though it's only moderately about food. The woman is rather nuts, but I think she adds a certain charm.
