grilled fish with cajun spice rub - from scratch

no ready made/bought spice blends. I'm in london and I have plenty of spices in my cupboard, am sure I can do something approximate.

I'm thinking a kind of chermoula, but with a cajun twist. For the veggies at my 4th July bbq tmw.
