Wild Sockeye at Costco

For those interested, wild salmon halves are finally in season at Costco.

On sale yesterday for $6.99/lb. Cooked some skin-intact and they were good .

    Spotted @ safeway yesterday,7/1- wild sockeye for $8.99 lb. (reg. price is $17.99). It was delicious and I'm not a huge salmon fan. adam

        Probably. I saw a man with a huge slab of very red salmon at Richmond and thought to my self:
        "Self, how much gravlax can you eat?"

          Price skin on fillet $9.99/lb approximately 3 pounds per package 7/2/10.
