Where to buy quality pizza dough in bulk?

Not interested in Trader Joe's or Whole Foods.

Is there a pizzeria that will sell a large quantity of their dough?

Or a restaurant supply store?

TIA!

Antica has large sacks of their Italian flour.

If you are in or willing to go to the valley try Joe Peeps.

I've gotten it at Claro's occasionally when I don't have time to make my own. It's usable but bland and needs interesting toppings -- like the excellent Santa Margherita pepperoni sold at Pavilion's.

I don't know if Surfas sells theirs in bulk, but it's my favorite one. Pricier than TJ's, but maybe you can negotiate if you buy large quantities.

It's possible that these guys http://www.dolcefornobakery.com/ can do what you need.

I am pretty sure that any pizza shop will fulfill your request if your call in advance.
