Restaurant and Bar ideas in Greenwich Village
Staying in Grammercy Park for the weekend. Eating at Casa Mono one night. We're looking for some ideas for casual dinner for the other night. We're also looking for some interesting bars to check out in that neighborhood. Any suggestions?
Also, has anyine been to a wine bar called Cafe Ino? Is it worth checking out?
What about any Spanish tapas/wine bars?

You should know that you are right near the major Indian neighborhood in Manhattan, called "Curry Hill," so if you have any interest in South Indian food, in particular, consider walking up Lexington to the upper 20s. Saravana Bhavan (corner of 26 St.) and Chennai Garden (27 St. just west of Lexington) are my favorite places for South Indian food in that area; Chennai Garden also serves some interesting Gujarati food and so on.

Casa Mono is a tapas place, so you've got that base covered.
In the Gramercy Park area (where you're staying), I love the bars at Tabla and Rye House. The Murray Hill inoteca Littleman recommended is good (the much larger younger sibling to Cafe Ino in West Village if I remember correctly).
In Greenwich Village (don't know if your post title is a mistake or not) Employees Only, Fatty Crab, and Spotted Pig are my go-to spots.

Also in the Fatty Crab / Spotted Pig genre is Cabrito. Lively crowd and tasty food.
