Going out to dinner with a friend, and am having a craving for stuffed squash blossoms (or fried) - does anyone know of a place in that area that's serving them as of now ?

Try Bacaro -- I've had them there, and according to menupages its on the current menu (but I know they change around that menu a good bit).

inoteca might have it. I've had it as a special before. I'd call to see if they have it before heading out there and waiting in line for 40 min.

I think Paladar has had them in the past as specials - no idea now, especially as Aaron Sanchez sold his stake and left.

Thanks for the suggestions! I will try to hit all of these places up before the summer ends. (We ended up at Cafe Falai for dinner- no squash blossoms, but a delicious meal, the paparadelle with wild boar ragu was rich and had plenty of meat, with delicate, tender pasta).

I also just saw them on the menu at Brindle Room this past weekend (newish place on 10th near A). By the way, linger outside the door looking at the menu for a second and a waiter magically pops out to entice you with a free pitcher of sangria. The sangria wasn't my favorite rendition, but all the food we had was pretty good (mussels, smoked trout).
