Wild Rice Pancakes in Twin Cities Vicinity

I'll be visiting in August and I'm looking for a fine plate of wild rice pancakes. I an amazing plate just over a decade ago at Rick's Ol' Time Cafe. I know they're long gone and that Victor's 1959 Cafe has since replaced Rick's and has carried on their tradition. I've also done some research and discovered that Mill City Cafe and Zumbro's Cafe also serve Wild Rice Pancakes and that both places appear to have gotten favorable reviews.

If I had one choice for wild rice pancakes between Victor's, Mill City and Zumbro's, which would be the best? Or are there are any other places worth checking out?

Thanks

Disclaimer: It is a coincidence that my name is similar to the cafe. I have no affiliation with them and do not work in the food/restaurant industry at all.

I like the wild rice pancakes at Mill City, but I can't say how they compare to the others as I haven't eaten the others. I haven't been there for a while, but the last time I had them at Mill City they came with nuts and fruit in them, and were very good.

Thanks although it still seems like its going to be a touch decision between Mill City and Zumbro

Maria's Cafe carries on the tradition from Rick's Ol' Time Cafe, because Maria came from there.

I checked Maria's website and unfortunately they don't have wild rice pancakes on the menu.
          Anyone else?
