dressing ideas for Cobb Salad....

How do you usually dress your Cobb Salad? Lots of recipes online seem to use basic vinaigrettes, but I've also noticed some mentioning Green Goddess or other creamy dressings.

Would love to hear what you use- whether it's traditional or non-traditional!

assuming it's a true Cobb with bacon, avocado, Roquefort and egg, i like to stick with tradition. those elements are so assertive and rich that i've found the traditional Brown Derby dressing with red wine vinegar, mustard & lemon juice provides the best balance.

I don't know what's traditional. I often see it with ranch and bacon dressings, but I like it with raspberry vinaigrette.
