Question regarding fajitas

This question is open to anyone with any suggestions.

I'm planning on making fajitas. Boneless sirloin with various bell peppers to be exact and wanted ideas, suggestions, or input on what would be good to serve with it besides the standard tortilla? My family and I having tacos last night so I don't want it to be a repeat.

Also any suggestion for a marinade for the steak along with times would be wonderful too.

Thanks bunches
Rosaline G.

This probably belongs on the home cooking board..

Fajita meat is skrit steak, not sirloin, although I don't know of any laws being broken if you substitute.

    I marinate them in
    1 can beer
    1 chopped jalapno
    1/3 cup chopped cilantro
    Juice of 2-3 limes
    2 Tbls chile powder
    1 Tbls cumin
    1/2 sliced onion.

I marinate for several hours. Grill to med-rare, rest 3 or 4 minutes and slice against the grain.
Servie with guac, pico, sauteed onon and peppers, shredded lettuce, limes, etc

I think the above marinade sounds great....perhaps just a drop of liquid smoke to get that extra flavor.
