MILWAUKEE -Can someone recommend good breakfast spots near the Hilton downtown?

Looking for some good breakfast spots near the Hilton in downtown Milwaukee.
We love Eggs benedicts, pancakes, french toast, eggs, bacon...everything!
Particularly love eggs benedict.
