I've always wondered about TCF's specials...specifically the chicken fried steak on Monday. I never seem to be around there or wanting a CFS on Monday.

Speaking of daily specials, Tennessee Grill has some great ones, oxtail, roast pork, etc. Sorry, don't know the specific menu item/day.

I would be interested in any reports on the CFS - gravy sounds way different and I don't know if that is in a good way - I like the classic milk & black pepper and even a brown gravy makes it another dish. Adding bacon, mushrooms and beer just seems wrong.
