Where in Southern Cali/Los Angeles can I find Tawainese Style Shaved Ice?
Specifically like this:

In addition to Class 302, Pa Pa Walk has shaved snow. I haven't tried it there.

Both places call it snow, but Class 302's iteration is much better (finer, more soft) than the Pa Pa Walk version. Pa Pa Walk favors size over mouthfeel IMO, which isn't necessarily a bad thing all things considered.

Love the snow at Class 302-it's the only reason why I go there! I had lunch today in Hacienda Heights at a little, new noodle shop (my coworkers and I learned the hard way that Earthern is closed on Tuesdays) called Tasty Noodle House and they have snow on their menu. Didn't try it though but it's there!

The only snow better at PaPaWalk than at Class 302 is PPW's mango snow.

Go to Class 302 for all other snow's....

It has to be the large mango snow at Pa Pa Walk.

And I contend that the large mango snow is only better b/c of its size, but like I said up above, that's not necessarily a bad thing.

Actually that's not shaved ice, it's shaved SNOW.

It's at Class 302 (三年二班), in Rowland Heights:

Now that it is summer, it may sell out before dinner time at Class 302.

They sold out of the green tea snow a week from this past Saturday around 4. If it's remotely hot outside, they sell out very quickly.

Also, never been, but Balcony in Diamond Jamboree serves snow, an option for OC. Here's a pic:

Snow is made from ice with condensed milk. Freeze water with condensed milk then shave ... voila, snow!
