restaurant on SM blvd- can't remember the name

i read about this restaurant on Santa Monica Blvd in West Hollywood - it was written up a couple of times and sounded like they had amazing lunch- one particular item included smoked salmon. i cannot remember where i read about it or what it's called, but i want to go there. does anyone know what i'm talking about? If i heard the name, i'd recognize it.

I wonder if you mean Petrossian. Not on Santa Monica Blvd. but not far from it and specializes in varieties of salmon and caviar.
