I am looking to celebrate a special occasion lunch with family. Looking for restaurants in unique settings (preferably in rural/country) with excellent food.

Ninety Acres at Natirar would indeed be an excellent choice except for the fact that they do not serve lunch. If, however, you are willing to go on Sunday, they do serve an excellent brunch. I believe the cost is $35 pp.
