Grass-Fed Beef in DC?

Hi, I am a big advocate for grass-fed (and finished!) meat and free-range pastured chickens and eggs. While it is not too hard to seek these things out at the grocery stores in DC, (yay White Oaks Pastures!) I am not sure which restaurants use these products. Anyone know some good recommendations? (Also wondering if anyone knows where the meat comes from at my old favorites in DC like Central and Rasika)

As far as direct purchase goes - there's a vendor with free-range bison and beef at the Crystal City Farmer's Market on Tuesdays.

A dining option in VA is Restaurant Eve in Alexandria, supplied by Polyface Farms (of Food Inc notoriety) in the Shenandoah.

Thanks Steve! I looked it up and Farmers and Fishes is an off-shoot of Founding Farmers in Foggy Bottom.
I'm a fan of Founding Farmers, so this is a good tip!

According to their menu, the meat is a certified Angus program. The website says grass fed but the menu does not.
