Had a great one at The Admiral as part of their late night menu. They called it a "Vietnamese Hoagie". Made with braised pork belly then topped with the classic toppings. It was absolutely perfect.

Of course The Admiral has it. What a great restaurant. Now, I just need to get myself there to try it. Thank you!
