Lunch at Niagara winery - suggestions?

My family and I are thinking of going out for lunch at one of the Niagara region wineries for a birthday celebration next month. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I would recommend Peller Estates in NOTL. They have a very good Sunday brunch. On a nice day, reserve a table on the terrace overlooking the vineyard. Last time I was there, Chef Jason Parsons had an ice-wine themed menu... exquisite. You also cannot go wrong with Stone Road Grille. Food there is excellent though the ambience is not quite the same as Peller or Hillebrand. One restaurant you should consider, though not in NOTL, is Treadwells in Port Dalhousie. It's about a 20 minute drive from NOTL but well worth it. Great food and wine pairings, excellent tasting menu... enjoy!

We love Inn on the Twenty at Cave Springs. Had many lunches there and never disappointed. The room and view are both lovely, as is, of course, the wines.

I've also heard good things about Pennisula Ridge but we've never been. As Sarah Cat says, the patio is very nice.

All this talk about NOTL makes we wanna plan an outing. Yes, must do that!

Hillebrand's restaurant has always been fantastic.

Second Hillebrand, the lunch tasting menu has excellent value and delicious, $44 for 4 courses, I like it much more than Peller Estate.

I like them both Peller and Hillebrand. Peller is fancy.Stone Road grille is quite good. But its not a winery. Vineland and Inn on the Twenty also nice. Picturesque and decent food.

We've had fantastic lunches at Peninsula Ridge. The food is good and the patio overlooking the vineyard is just beautiful. Perhaps the most visually memorable lunch spot I've been to.

Agree with froglegs - those are my picks - have been to all but SRG and all have been great.
