Son's 18 birthday Montreal

Visiting Montreal next month to celebrate his 18th birthday. Any tips for good food and Beer!

    1. If you son and friend are still boy-ish, better not forget the ID; but in general they don't really ask if accompanied by an adult.

      For Beer : Dieu du Ciel (not real food), Le Cheval Blanc, Le Sainte-Elisabethor maybe more 18-ish friendly, Les 3 Brasseurs (St-Denis St.) or Le St-Sulpice.

      Feeling more "anglo/irish" then go west and head for the "pubs" (McKibbins, ... ) for your share of imported fine British ales.

      For Beer and fun food : Réservoir, Sparrow for lunch (don't know about the beer they serve).
