Should be in lots of different places under the name "sour salt". I believe I've seen this at Christina's in Inman Square, as well as the Armenian markets in Watertown (Sevan, Massi's, and Arax), and the Super 88 in Malden. I would call first, before going, to make sure they have it, but you'll want to ask for sour salt. The Butcherie in Brookline should have it as well.

You should be able to get it at any GNC. Also, it might be worth trying a pastry or cake supply shop.

I'm not 100% sure about Whole Foods, but probably worth calling them as well.
