      Speaking of sausage...

Good recent writeup on good old Emils - now in Deerfied Beach - used to be on Federal in Pompano.

Penn Dutch in hollywood. They have pig and cow casing. They need it to make there own sausages.

Lorenzo's Market in North Miami Beach sells sheep and hog casings. They'll sell whole or half pakages ($40 / $20 for hog, $30 / $15 for sheep). A whole package will make around 100 lbs of sausage. I've had good luck with these guys.

Also, I've heard good thing about Smitty's Old Fashioned Butcher. They make their own sausages, so I'd be surprised if they weren't willing to sell casings as well.

Go into any Publix and order some or any Doris italian market.

If you search "sausage casings" on this board and sort by relevance you will get this thread ->

which has at least a couple suggestions in Broward.
