You can definitely get a seat at the bar at that time. Depending on the night you should be able to get a table at that time - I wouldn't try pulling it on a Thurs. Fri. or Sat.

if you call, there's a decent shot that they have 5:45 and 10PM reservations available... wspecially in the summer, seems like it is a bit slow - was easily able to reserve next sat at 5:45 when i was there for brunch this am.

i know they also reserve like half the tables for walk-ins...

Have only been once but got a table outside around 7:00 on a Friday without a wait.

you should call them. i once went at 8pm on a sunday and only had to wait 20 mins. but that was on a sunday.
