Looking for a good bourbon flavor

I'm pregnant and desperately craving bourbon. I'm trying to find recipes that have a nice bourbon flavor (preferably with the alcohol cooked off). Doesn't matter what it is -- dessert, marinade, entree, whatever. Any suggestions?

    1. Vincent Price's "Breast of Capon au Whiskey" or some variation thereof (chicken breast + Bourbon + heavy cream = heaven).
