Stokes in Monterey

Anyone have any buzz on what's happening here since Stokes closed? I love this venue and am hoping a new restaurant moves in soon

A new restaurant is supposed to be opening up in about 7 or 8 weeks, that's all I know.

The restaurant will be called Restaurant 1833. It's run by Coastal Luxury Management, who run the Pebble Beach Food and Wine Festival and who just opened the Cannery Row Brewing Company.

Thanks for the info rednikki. Since that was published in March, maybe they'll be up and going soon. So glad they will be serving lunch!
