Traverse City help!

I need two restaurants in Travece City one for a rehersal dinner for 25 and another for a family dinner for 10-15. We will be in town in city but could dive 15-30 monutes.

Stella. Or you could check with Cook's House and reserve the whole place; best meal I've had in the past two years.

I 2nd the Stella recommendation. I just got done vacationing in Traverse City and thought Stella was delicious. Cook's House is very good but they are way to small to accommodate a party of that size. (Plus you can no longer bring in your own alcohol so if you want liquor at your event this is not the right place).

How about good and affordable Asian food at Red Ginger? I'm pretty sure they have a private room as well.

Had an absolutely great meal @ Stella last night - fresh and fab. Don't remember the name, but a thick pasta w pork shoulder, meat falling apart tender, nicely seasoned... yummmm
