We went to two bar mitzvah celebrations in one of the lodges at Bear Mountain Park. Beautiful setting, food was quite good, very easy parking, and I know the cost was quite reasonable.

People love The View in Piermont. Supposedly you get a lot for your money. Not too far from Tarrytown. (TBA?)

it's been quite a few years ago that I made one at Nicole's in Highland Falls. Matthew is the owner - a great person to deal with. It had been a very difficult time in my life and he made the party so memorable for everyone - food, service, facility - all great! Party had originally been booked at Singer's that went out of business 5 months before affair!

Reasonable & High Quality?? To subjective!! Also what is the date? I went to a great outdoor bat mitzvah last year in July that was low cost. It was not typical as they served lobsters & roasted pigs and everything was disposable. My in-laws did a more typical affair at CV Rich mansion in White Plains--was nice and quite reasonable for what they did but it was also an afternoon affair so they said they got a break.

The Tarrytown Doubletree has great space -traditional hotel banquet space but has a great outdoor patio with in & out fireplace

and from what I've heard is pretty good. It's owned by a group of Hasidim so you know the food will be kosher!

              Good luck
Having just gone through this, everything we looked at on this side of the Hudson was insane.

What about (honestly not sure if it's still called this) Rudy's Beau Rivage in Dobbs Ferry. Red Hat or Sunset Cove in Irvington for outdoor river views. The Castle in Tarrytown. Not sure what time of year or how many people you're thinking.
