Breakfast during the Week

What is your current favorite breakfast place that serves breakfast during the week and what is your favorite thing to get there? I love brioche french toast, fluffy butter milk pancakes, and waffles with strawberry and whipped cream. I like the cinnamon french toast at Isabela's Cantina in Pacific Beach; buttermilk pancakes-Cafe on Park, and vanilla french toast- Cavaillon.

Claire's on Cedros is a very reliable choice for breakfast or brunch on any day of the week, with a special advantage in the middle of the week as you can avoid the substantial weekend waits. It's on the North side of the Cedors Design District in Solana Beach, and is housed in the very first standalone restaurant to be LEEDS certified.

Just out of curiosity, any reason this has to be during the week?

Because most of the places that I like only offer Sunday Brunch and I would like to know a good breakfast spot that I can enjoy during the week.

Perry's Cafe for a greasy diner experience... eggs, hash browns, toast, and occasionally corned beef hash. Coffee's meh.
Original Pancake House... eggs, hash browns, toast, and occasionally pancakes. Coffee's fabulous.
The Mission for pancakes... nice and quiet on weekday mornings. Coffee is decent.

Parkhouse Eatery for their pumpkin pancakes or their chile/mozzarella/tomato scramble.
Cafe Chloe for their crepe lorraine.
K's Sandwiches for a chocolate croissant and Vietnamese iced coffee (good for road trips).
And, though I usually make my own at home, the chilaquiles at Super Cocina are so good!

Minh Ky in City Heights: Fish porridge with you tiao, iced Vietnamese coffee.

Depending on my mood for breakie food, I like The Cottage when I have time to relax and enjoy the moment, Kono's for the deal and a beach seat, Broken Yolk if I want to drink a lot of coffee and split an omelette, they're huge and Parkhouse Eatery.
