Downtown options - group dinner

I'm looking for dinner suggestions near the Hilton downtown. We will probably have a group of 15-20 and would like to find something within a short walking distance (since we'll be up against the August heat). We'll be attending a convention at the Hilton and want to venture out of the hotel Thursday evening for dinner. Looking for a nice atmosphere that allows for conversation without having to scream--and reasonable prices would be a plus. Thanks for your help.
