Jolly Meats & Fine Foods, 111 Charles Street. Scandanavian flair (think pork), but everything is good.

I'm sure you are aware of Lonsdale Quay. I like the seafood place that flanks both the left and right doors. I always buy their baby octopus salad.

Also use The British Butcher Shoppe. About 20 varieties of sausage and cuts of meat you don't often see.
