Best Indian in Cary and the Triangle?

Hi 'Hounds - anybody care to share their favorite Indian restaurants in Cary? Tried Udapi tonight, it was pretty good but found a few things lacking. Any other suggestions?

    I'm a big fan of Saffron in Cary. We'd drive there from N. Raleigh. My favorite thing on their menu is bindi. Fried slivers of okra perfectly seasoned. Cool Breeze also in Cary gets an honorable mention for having chaat.

      My Tamil friends say The Tower in Morrisville is the best. It's a pity about Udipi. I've been to Cool Breeze with said friends and we weren't ecstatic about it but Tom's right; they get props for having chat
