Graduation Dinner Suggestions

Hey,
I am looking to have a graduation dinner in about a month, on a Tuesday night, for 12-15 people. I want to make the reservations ASAP and would like to end up at 35-45$ per head including drinks. Are there any suggestion you guys might have? I prefer a place that isn't too bar/party like but not ultra formal either (which should fit in with the price range I suggested. Location wise anywhere from LES to midtown would work.
