Pubs near Trolley

I am looking for a Sports Bar/Pub within walking distance to the Blue Line. The place that I am looking for would have a decent craft beer selection and burgers. I am also looking for a place that is NOT in the GasLamp district. I have already done a lot of that area.

If you get off at the Washington St. stop, there's a place there called the Regal Beagle that has a pretty impressive beer list. Not sure if they have burgers, I know they do sausages.
