Recommendations for this weekend in Ocean City, MD

Hi, I'm spending the weekend in Ocean City, MD and staying around 17th St, near the Boardwalk. I would love some recommendations for casual places serving good food around there. Any kind of cuisine is fine, mostly looking for nothing fancy or crazy expensive, just good eats. Thanks!!

  1. I'd recommend Fishtales on 21st Street, more so for atmosphere, but their food is decent.

OC Wasabi on 33rd Street (? I think...) has great sushi and noodle dishes, though they just raised their prices.

Liquid Assets on 94th Street has been called one of the best restaurants on the Eastern Shore by the Washington Post. It is excellent food.

Kirby's, right next door on 94th Street, has great burgers.

    1. Fausto's might be what you are looking for. It is on the boardwalk and inside a Howard Johnson's on 12th Street. Their brick-oven pizzas are excellent. The view is nice and they have outdoor seating. It is very casual.

      1. Harrison's Harbor Watch Restaurant is a nice walk from 17th but it's not that far and the view at the S tip of the city is outstanding. They have a raw bar and an unlimited seafood menu. Get the fresh crab sandwich or any of their crab dishes. Do you eat clams? I hate clams. I think I ate them once and never again. I do like raw oysters though.

Phillip's Crab House is a couple of blocks away and they have a huge buffet. You might want to stay close to your room. You staying at the Holiday Inn? Good luck.
