Prime in Ogunquit, ME

Anyone been to Prime in Perkins Cove lately?

Looking for very small bachelor party type dinner (older guys not rowdy).
The steaks seems like a good option considering we eat a lot of seafood otherwise.
Will be coming from golf and will watch the baseball all-star game that night, etc.

Other choices welcome.

  1. Went there yesterday and was blown away by it. Excellent food (clam chowder, onion rings, braised white beans with pancetta, and the house-dry-aged New York strip were the highlights).

Seems like it would be a good venue for your plan, too.

    1. I am probably too late to this post but we had dinner there while on vacation late in July and it was fantastic! Very cool bar and so nicely decorated. I have the beet/goat cheese salad-for me it was to die for. I love beets and rarely have them at home as I am the only one who likes them. I had the twice baked potato which also had bacon in it. I had the skirt steak (I think that was it) and it was yummy with their steak sauce. Overall a really nice meal.

I did not have any issues with the price of our drinks and meal.
